1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phil77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phil77 website located at https://phil77.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

phil77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phil77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on phil77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. phil77 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phil77 support immediately.

phil77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phil77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phil77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Cashier page of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phil77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. phil77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, but cannot guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control, including payment provider processing schedules.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• phil77 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider.
• phil77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

Any funds deposited into your phil77 account that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phil77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phil77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering context for which they are issued.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phil77 platform — including live casino titles, slot games, bingo rooms, and color prediction games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention beyond the standard rules of each game.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel. phil77 does not modify RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the game provider and approved under applicable regulatory requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the following rules apply:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phil77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

phil77 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions in investigating suspected prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

phil77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phil77 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
